This One Mistake Could Be Sabotaging Your Coaching Business

Over the years, we’ve been very lucky at People Building to receive some truly exceptional testimonials from those who have trained with us. But these testimonials aren’t just glowing reviews because someone enjoyed the course or found it informative. There’s something deeper at play. The feedback we receive is often raw, emotional and filled with gratitude - not just because of the knowledge people gain, but because of the transformation they didn’t see coming. The Accidental Therapy That Changes Lives Here’s the surprising truth: even though our courses are training environments - not therapy sessions - they often lead to profound personal change for those taking part. Many of our delegates start practising the techniques with each other, expecting to improve their skills. What they don’t expect is to walk away lighter, more confident and sometimes even completely free from the very issues that brought them into the world of coaching in the first place. It’s not a promise, but it’s a pattern we’ve seen repeated again and again. 👉 “I came here to learn how to help others, and ended up helping myself too.” That’s the kind of feedback that makes us stop in our tracks. When we first switched to online training during the pandemic, I was worried that this magic would fade. How could such profound experiences still happen through a screen? Surely people would just be watching, passively taking notes, waiting to apply the techniques in the real world later on. But then something unexpected happened. Even in the very first virtual training I delivered - under the stress and chaos of lockdown - I saw it again. Real results. Real shifts. Real emotion. And because it was recorded, those incredible moments have been captured forever - a library of transformation frozen in time. Now, new trainees can witness those turning points with their own eyes. They can see what NLP in action really looks like. It’s More Than a Review - It’s Proof We ask our practitioners to record video testimonials about their training experience, and we use those to help others understand just how good this coaching franchise really is. Yes, you can find written testimonials and brilliant 5-star Google reviews from our practitioners too - but we believe the best testimonial is seeing what we do, as it happens. And it doesn’t stop with us. We also teach our practitioners how to gather their own testimonials from their clients. That’s not just good business practice - it’s a ripple effect of proof and transformation that supports your credibility, our reputation and, most importantly, the trust of the clients who are seeking help. Testimonials Are Therapy Too - For Your Client and For You When a client shares a testimonial, something powerful happens. It’s more than praise - it’s closure. By saying “This worked for me,” the client mentally affirms their progress. They take ownership of the change. They put the old problem to rest. And in doing so, they become part of someone else’s decision to take that same leap. This is why we make testimonial training part of your journey with us. We show you how to set up your Google Business profile, how to embed reviews into your People Building website, and how to use those stories to help others see what’s possible. Your testimonials become a tool not just for growth, but for healing. They validate the work you do. They showcase the success of our coaching franchise. And they pave the way for the next person who’s still sitting on the fence, wondering, “Could this work for me too?” by Gemma Bailey (with the help of Ai) https://www.peoplebuilding.co.uk/franchise

Hypnotherapy Franchises: A Commitment to Mental Resilience

Hypnotherapy franchises represent a commitment to mental resilience, offering individuals the tools they need to overcome mental and emotional challenges while providing franchisees with a rewarding career path. If you’re looking to make a meaningful impact while building a profitable business, investing in a hypnotherapy franchise could be the ideal choice. The hypnotherapy industry is thriving as more people recognise the importance of mental health and well-being. From managing stress and anxiety to overcoming phobias and improving self-confidence, hypnotherapy provides a versatile and effective solution for a wide range of challenges. By investing in a hypnotherapy franchise, you can position yourself at the forefront of this growing field, offering clients the support they need to thrive. One of the key benefits of franchising is the structured support it provides. When you buy a franchise, you gain access to proven systems, specialised training, and ongoing guidance from experienced professionals. This framework allows you to focus on delivering exceptional results for your clients without the uncertainties of starting a business from scratch. The demand for mental health services continues to rise, making this an ideal time to enter the hypnotherapy sector. By investing in a franchise, you can tap into this growing market while benefiting from the credibility and recognition of an established brand. This can help you attract clients more easily and build a successful practice quickly. Franchise ownership also offers the opportunity to connect with a network of like-minded individuals. By sharing insights and strategies with fellow franchisees, you can enhance your skills and grow your business more effectively. This collaborative approach fosters a sense of community and support that is invaluable in the entrepreneurial journey. Beyond the financial rewards, owning a hypnotherapy franchise can be deeply fulfilling. The ability to help clients achieve their goals and overcome challenges provides a sense of purpose that is often hard to find in traditional employment. By aligning your career with your passion for helping others, you can create a business that brings both personal and professional satisfaction. As you consider investing in a hypnotherapy franchise, remember that this is more than just a business opportunity—it’s a chance to make a lasting impact. By empowering clients to achieve their full potential, you can contribute to a healthier, happier society while building a rewarding career for yourself. A Disappointing Dream Holiday - And What It Taught Me About NLP

Is it worth expanding your skills? It’s a question I get asked often - usually by people who are sitting on the fence. They’re curious, tempted even, but hesitant. What if it’s a waste of time? What if they don’t use it? Or worse… what if they invest and then find out it didn’t change a thing? Let me give you the most honest answer I can. The Two Halves of the World - And Why I Chose the ‘Crazy’ Side When I first got into NLP, we were living in a world of contradiction. One-half of society was still chanting “suck it up” with a stiff upper lip. The other half - the quieter, “crazier” half - had started asking bigger, deeper questions. They wanted to understand their own emotions. They were hungry for meaning, connection, and better relationships - with others and with themselves. I chose to follow the so-called “crazy” crowd. And I have never been disappointed. Because what I discovered wasn’t just emotional intelligence - it was emotional power. 🧠 “Most people experience true connection once a year, if they’re lucky. But what if you could feel it every day?” The Magic of Training That Transforms You (Even When It's Exhausting) I remember one particular moment during my NLP Practitioner training. I was utterly exhausted. Mentally, emotionally - drained. But I also felt blissful. For the first time, I felt like I finally understood life. The people around me - behind me, beside me, in front of me - we were all in it together. Strangers became friends. Friends became lifelines. And many of them are still part of my world today. It reminded me of a story I heard - maybe from Rangan Chatterjee - about a 1990s Oasis concert where 100,000 people sang Champagne Supernova together. A unified, peaceful moment. That sense of unity, of deep belonging and connection? Most people only get that feeling once a year, if they’re lucky. But my training gave me that - again and again - in everyday life. And that’s what I want for you, too. When Your Skills Shape Your State - Even on Holiday I asked my cousin recently how his holiday had been. It was a long one - two weeks of pure relaxation. Or so I thought. But his answer surprised me. He said it was “alright.” Flat. Unmemorable. Not because anything went wrong - but because he’d stopped using his NLP tools. During his usual workday, those techniques kept him energised, focused and resilient. But on holiday, he wasn’t coaching anyone - so he didn’t use them. And he realised something powerful. NLP wasn’t just helping his clients - it was holding him together too. “You can’t teach these tools without using them on yourself. And when you stop using them - you feel it.” Why a Coaching Franchise Isn’t Just a Career Move - It’s a Life Shift This is why I believe in what we do so deeply. Our coaching franchise isn’t just about creating a new income stream or becoming your own boss (though those are great bonuses). It’s about transforming who you are and how you experience the world - every single day. From our NLP Practitioner training to our master courses, and our brand-new workplace mental health subscription - every product and programme we create is designed to elevate mindset, build emotional strength, and reconnect people to themselves and others. And that’s what makes People Building more than just a business. It’s a movement - one built by those of us who dared to be “crazy” enough to care. So, if you’re asking yourself, “Is it worth expanding my skills?” - you already know the answer. Say yes. Say yes to the mindset shift, the emotional upgrade, the deep connections and a coaching franchise that supports you for life. by Gemma Bailey (with the help of Ai) https://www.peoplebuilding.co.uk/franchise

Not Everybody Thrives With Us. Here's Why...

There’s a certain kind of person who thrives in the People Building coaching franchise. And while they may come from all walks of life, they all share something very special in common. The Kind of People Who Make a Difference Some of our most powerful practitioners have professional qualifications and years of experience under their belts - in sectors like healthcare, business, or education. Others are the kind of people who have learned their most valuable lessons the hard way - through life itself. They’ve faced real adversity. They’ve survived challenging circumstances. And now, they’re able to stand tall and say: “I got through it - and you can too.” These are the kinds of stories that inspire clients. Because when someone is in pain, struggling, or feeling lost, they need someone who’s been in the trenches - someone who knows. And our practitioners know. The people who do best in our coaching franchise are not just teachers - they’re living proof that transformation is possible. They care deeply. About their clients. About their clients’ families. About their community and the society we’re all a part of. But make no mistake - caring doesn’t mean going easy. In fact, part of what makes our practitioners so effective is that they’re willing to challenge their clients when needed. Sometimes, that means pointing out the excuses they’ve been hiding behind. Sometimes it’s about shining a light on the shortcuts they’ve been taking that are steering them away from success. This isn’t just about soothing and supporting - it’s about helping people make real, lasting change. That takes bravery. And a bit of audacity. Luckily, our training in NLP and hypnotherapy helps you build just that - confidence, boldness, and a strong foundation for becoming a powerful guide for others. Why Lived Experience Matters Just as Much as Qualifications Our most successful licensees aren’t the ones who simply coast through the training. They’re the ones who truly live the work. They don’t just know NLP and hypnotherapy - they embody it. They’ve used the tools on themselves first. They’ve subscribed to the philosophy. They’ve committed to living mindfully. They’re on their own journey of self-improvement and self-awareness, and that makes them powerful role models for their clients. The people who thrive here are leaders - often in quiet, understated ways. They’re helping adults who’ve carried outdated, self-limiting beliefs for decades. And because they’ve created their own coping strategies, overcome their own fears, and reframed adversity into opportunity, they can teach others to do the same. They care - and they’re humble. They know when they need support. They’re not afraid to ask for help, mentorship, or ideas that will allow them to serve their clients better. Our best practitioners are still learners - they never stop growing, never stop reaching, never stop caring. That’s who we’re looking for in the People Building coaching franchise. But we know that not everyone fits this criteria and that's ok. It doesn't mean you wouldn't make a great coach, it just means you wouldn't be great for us. We've spent years learning the avatar of the best practitioner for our organisation and we want to be transparent about that. You Must Care We don’t want cookie-cutter practitioners. We want people who care deeply, who lead with empathy, who’ve seen the messy bits of life and made meaning out of them. People who want to make a difference in others’ lives - while building something meaningful for themselves too. If that sounds like you, then maybe we should talk. Your journey with People Building could be the next chapter in the story that changes everything. by Gemma Bailey (with the help of Ai) https://www.peoplebuilding.co.uk/franchise

NLP Has a Bit of a PR Problem.

If you’ve ever thought about training in NLP or hypnotherapy but weren’t quite sure what it could really do for you – personally or professionally – I want to pull back the curtain today. Let me tell you a story. A real one. Why NLP Sometimes Gets a Bad Rap – and Why We’re Changing That I make no excuses for it: NLP has a bit of a PR problem. Too often, it's associated with vague promises and limited scientific backing. But that’s changing – and we are helping to lead that change. The truth is, traditional NLP practitioners have been pretty bad at evaluating the success of their work in any meaningful, scientific way. But over at my other organisation, NLP4Kids, we’ve done things differently. We partnered with BPP University – one of the UK’s top private universities – and conducted a study that followed the British Psychological Society's code of ethics. The result? Scientifically validated data showing that NLP-based techniques significantly reduce anxiety and depression in children. So no, NLP doesn’t deserve the bad rap. But it does need to be taught and used correctly. When used with integrity and intelligence, NLP becomes more than just a toolkit – it becomes a mindset that rewires your entire approach to life. And that’s exactly what we do in our NLP Practitioner training at People Building. For me, NLP started as a personal development journey. I had limiting beliefs – about who I was, what I could achieve, and what kind of life I was allowed to live. My emotions were intense and unpredictable, and they dictated far too much of my experience of the world. NLP helped me change that. It gave me tools to understand myself better, to respond rather than react, and to finally release the pressure I was constantly putting on myself (and others). This is the kind of self-development we should be learning in school – but we don’t. You won’t find it in most workplaces either. But it’s vital. How My First Client Was a Heroin Addict – and Why That Matters It might surprise you to learn that I didn’t “get” NLP when I first trained in it. Honestly, it went over my head. Instead, I gravitated toward hypnotherapy. It made more sense. It was easier to market – people know what hypnotherapy is. They search for it. They believe in it. And, perhaps most importantly, it works. My first ever client? A heroin addict. Hypnotherapy wasn’t the whole story of his recovery, but it was a significant chapter. And heroin addiction is no small thing. That early experience shaped everything that came next for me. When you understand how to speak to someone’s subconscious mind, you hold the key to transforming lives – including your own. That’s why, nearly 20 years ago, I wrote my first published book on hypnotherapy – because it really is the stuff of magic. And for those of you exploring a coaching franchise, wondering how to move from the job you have now into a career that gives you flexibility, income, and the joy of helping others… this is the place to start. How to Get Started Whether it’s our NLP Practitioner training (happening in September 2025) or our Hypnotherapy training (running across October, November, and December), both paths offer powerful skills and the potential for real business success. If you're looking to move away from the daily grind and into a coaching franchise that gives back – both emotionally and financially – then this is your opportunity. And it doesn’t stop with the training. We offer more support than most realise: one-to-one guidance before you invest, ongoing marketing assistance, referrals from private medical insurers, and even government-funded contracts. Yes – we bring the clients to you. With pre-course study required for NLP (70% needs to be completed before attending), and my custom-developed optional study for hypnotherapy (because I want only the best out there), now’s the time to commit. Don’t delay – get started early, and become the kind of practitioner whose reputation precedes them. by Gemma Bailey (with the help of Ai) https://www.peoplebuilding.co.uk/franchise

Overwhelmed with Clients? Don’t Make This Common Mistake

When you start working as a practitioner, you’re bursting with enthusiasm. You’ve got your skills, your training, and a heart full of purpose. Clients start to roll in—and for a moment, it feels like you’ve made it. 🌟 But this is the precise moment where a lot of new practitioners unknowingly make a huge mistake… Why You Must Keep Marketing (Even When You’re Busy) One of the most common things I see is new coaches getting overwhelmed with client work—and then stopping their marketing. It feels logical at the time. You’re full to capacity, you’re juggling sessions, and it seems like you can just pause your promotions for a while. But marketing is like a muscle. Stop using it, and it gets weak. And when the client tide goes out, you’ll be left scrambling. A successful coaching franchise isn’t just built on helping people—it’s built on consistency. 🧠📈 At People Building, we’re very aware of this trend, and we’ve designed our business model to help you avoid it. That’s why we give ourselves up to three months to deliver your first five client consultations. It’s not just about ticking boxes—it gives us time to build meaningful momentum for your business and gather useful data for future growth. Yes, you might have more than five clients in that time (we love an overachiever!), but five is our minimum benchmark. And that window gives you time to get mentoring from me, create your website, and build your social media presence—without panicking about getting clients through the door. Marketing That Doesn’t Rely on You Being Everywhere Here’s the thing: your business needs to grow, but you don’t have to do everything yourself. We’ve introduced powerful automation tools to do the heavy lifting—so you can focus on clients while your content takes care of itself. 💻🚀 We’ve always provided marketing resources to help our practitioners post on social media and update their blogs. But now we’ve taken it a step further. We’ve created two new automation systems: A tool that automatically posts to your social media accounts every day—without you lifting a finger. An automated content system that publishes up to one blog post per week to your website and across your platforms. These features are available as optional add-ons when you start your coaching franchise with us, and they’re designed to keep your business visible and active, even when you’re deep in client work. You Can Do It All—Or Let Us Do It for You Our goal is to let you focus on what you love: changing lives through coaching. We’ll help you build your practice, promote your business, and sustain momentum—even when things get busy. The reality of running a coaching franchise is that your time and energy are precious. You can absolutely get hands-on with your marketing, social media, SEO, and blogging if that’s your thing. We’ve got your back. 💪 And as our tech gets more advanced, you can expect even more automations and tools to support your practice. The coaching franchise of the future isn’t just about helping people—it’s about building a business that works with you, not against you. So whether you're someone who likes to be in control of every post and pixel, or you'd rather leave it all to us and focus on delivering transformative work, we’ve got options to suit your style. 👉 Ready to take the next step? https://www.peoplebuilding.co.uk/franchise by Gemma Bailey (with the help of Ai)

The Day a Lorry Driver Cried and Wrote Poetry in NLP Training 💥

One of the best pieces of advice I ever received in my NLP career didn’t come from a textbook—it came from another trainer. He told me: “Don’t stop doing private practice. Stay in the real world.” Why Real-Life Practice Matters in Training The reason behind this advice was simple: real-world clients show up with real investment. They want change. And when you're regularly immersed in those kinds of transformations, the stories you bring back into the training room hit differently. They’re raw, honest, and filled with emotion. The coaching franchise you build with us isn’t just about theory—it’s about witnessing change, living it, and sharing it. That’s why every time I train, I bring fresh stories from my client work—so your learning is always alive and evolving. 💡 Over the years, I’ve trained countless practitioners, and while I can absolutely deliver impactful demonstrations in the training room, nothing replaces the richness of real-life experience. That's why even if you return for retraining a few years later, you’ll hear new stories. Not recycled examples, but real client cases that reflect growth, healing, and learning in action. One of the more unforgettable stories I often share comes from a time I was demonstrating a technique called Change Personal History—a powerful process where someone revisits a difficult experience but this time, brings the emotional resources they’ve developed since. It’s transformative, to say the least. When the Room Fell Silent (and Then Sobbed) The person I worked with during that demonstration was not your typical therapy client. He was a six-foot-something, skinhead, lorry driver, football fan—an intense and formidable character. The kind who might usually put up a tough front. But he was brave enough to volunteer. By the end of the demo, he was sobbing. The whole room was sobbing. And I was barely holding it together myself. 😢 It was one of those training moments that transcended “learning” and became deeply human. There was something about the energy in the room, the collective empathy, and the sacred safety of that space that allowed him to truly let go. And the story didn’t end there. The next day, he returned to training with something unexpected: he’d gone back to his hotel room and written a poem. Beautiful, heartfelt poetry—about the shadows he’d been carrying, and the light he’d finally found. 🌟 That’s the kind of breakthrough that can happen—not just in therapy rooms, but in training rooms too. And it’s why I’m so passionate about keeping the “real” in what we teach at People Building. Why We’re Not Just Training Practitioners—We’re Growing People When you join the People Building coaching franchise, you’re not signing up for a classroom-only experience. You're joining a movement—of practitioners who are walking the talk, doing the work, and transforming lives. You’re learning from someone who still does the work every single week. You’re gaining access to a system that blends knowledge with heart, technique with truth, and structure with soul. A coaching franchise should never just be about business. It should be about bravery, breakthroughs, and becoming the person your clients need. 💼❤️ That’s what makes People Building different. So, when you come to training, I’ll share those stories with you. I’ll even show you that poem—because it’s a beautiful reminder that healing doesn’t always look how we expect it to. And if you’re ready to not only learn but experience how powerful this work can be, then maybe this is your moment to say “yes” to something bigger. 👉 https://www.peoplebuilding.co.uk/franchise by Gemma Bailey (with the help of Ai)

The Client Who Couldn’t Sleep – And What It Taught Me About Mental Health in Practice

When you’re in business, you go through all sorts of “firsts.” Your first client. Your first sale. Your first scary moment. And sometimes, you get a “first” that leaves a mark—not just on your business journey but on your whole perspective. This story is one of those. You may remember me sharing that my first-ever NLP client was a heroin addict. It was a huge learning curve and, quite frankly, a baptism of fire. But that wasn’t the only wild beginning. Early on in my career, I’d transitioned from working at home to a more polished, professional setup in a serviced office. This was partly due to a collaboration with a therapy organisation that wanted to refer clients to me. The catch? I had to match their pricing structure and give my setup a bit of an upgrade—which meant no more clients at the kitchen table. So, I got myself a Regus office (which I’m not recommending—they’re notorious for slapping on extra costs for things like parking, phone lines, and internet 🙄). Still, I was proud. It felt like a real step forward in professionalism. Then came one of my first clients from this referral pathway: a university student who was struggling to sleep. That’s what the email said, anyway. He arrived at my office with his mum and grandmother in tow, which was slightly unexpected. I found out he had exams looming and had been pulling all-nighters—fueled by Red Bull, coffee, and zero sleep for three days. He’d now reached the point where he desperately wanted to sleep… but couldn’t. As we began our consultation, I noticed he seemed anxious. Actually, scratch that—he was paranoid. He scanned the room constantly and gave vague, evasive answers. When he asked if the sprinkler in the ceiling was a camera, alarm bells started ringing. Then came the real moment of clarity. He pointed at a blank space on the wall and said, “Can you see it too?” Apparently, he could see a spinning hat with a twisting spine. That’s when I knew we were dealing with something far beyond sleep issues. I gently explained that lack of sleep can really affect brain chemistry and that it was important he see a doctor who could help him get back on track—both with his sleep and the hallucinations. He was understandably frightened and worried about being hospitalised. Still, we got to a place of agreement, and I felt relieved. Until I went to speak with his mum and gran, who told me they wouldn’t take him to the GP because they didn’t want this on his medical record. It might “affect his future career.” 😳 Now, I had to switch to serious mode. I spoke to him again privately and explained, in no uncertain terms, that the real risk to his future wasn’t a GP visit—it was not getting the right treatment. I said I wouldn’t let him leave until I had confirmation that the appointment was booked. Eventually, they agreed. A few days later, I followed up and spoke to his dad, who told me that the GP had hospitalised his son immediately under the Mental Health Act. After a short stay, he was released with community psychiatric support and started sleeping again. Now, before you panic—these situations are very rare. Most of the clients our franchisees work with have moderate challenges: anxiety, confidence, and stress. But every now and then, something extraordinary walks through the door. And when it does, you’ll be so glad you’re part of a coaching franchise like People Building. Because here, you’re not on your own. You’ve got ongoing support, supervision, and someone (me!) you can talk to when those “once-in-a-decade” cases show up. Many other training providers leave practitioners to fend for themselves once the course is over. That’s just not good enough—especially for a coaching franchise that’s meant to prepare you for real-world work. At People Building, we believe in full-spectrum support. From the straightforward to the seriously unexpected, you’ll have the guidance and backup you need to stay grounded and capable. That’s what makes us more than just a coaching franchise—we’re a community of confident, prepared, and well-supported practitioners. 💪 Until next time... The Secret Sauce 😋 of Our Franchisees Success (It’s Not What You Think!)

One of the standout elements of joining the People Building franchise—and something I believe truly sets us apart—is the mentoring that our franchisees receive in their first 12 weeks with us. 🎯 Each new franchisee gets access to 12 weeks of personal mentoring from me (yes, me—Gemma Bailey!). During this time, we follow a structured programme, covering a range of essential topics that equip them to build a strong and sustainable business as an NLP practitioner or hypnotherapist. Every week, we focus on a different aspect of growing and running a successful business. For example, one week we might explore how to leverage business directories to build backlinks and boost your website’s search engine ranking. Another week, we’ll look at how to use YouTube effectively within the context of your business—how to be found, how to build trust with your audience, and how to convert viewers into clients. We also dive into creating high-converting landing pages so that your marketing efforts aren’t just making noise—they’re driving results. 💻📈 These sessions are recorded and stored on our online platform, so franchisees can revisit them whenever they like. On top of that, they get access to a library of previous mentoring sessions that I’ve delivered to other franchisees over the years—because let’s face it, you don’t know what you don’t know until suddenly, you really need to know it. Once the initial 12 weeks are complete, our mentoring shifts into what I call a reactive format. That means I’m no longer proactively teaching structured topics, but I’m on hand whenever needed—to answer questions, offer insights, or help navigate whatever real-life challenges are cropping up in your practice. 🧠 Interestingly, by this point, the questions tend to shift from marketing and business setup to client-related challenges. And this is honestly the part I love the most. It really keeps me on my toes. When a franchisee comes to me and says, “I’ve got a client who’s presenting this issue,” I have to instantly form a picture of the situation in my mind. I ask questions, build a mental profile of the client, and draw on my experience to advise the practitioner on the best techniques, strategies, or conversational approaches that will help move the client forward. I don’t have the luxury of saying, “Give me a few days to think about it.” I have to come up with something effective—on the spot. And because of that, I’m constantly sharpening my own skills. It keeps me fresh and curious. I find myself diving into new areas of psychological research, just in case it becomes relevant for someone I’m mentoring in future. 📚 To me, this ongoing mentoring and supervision is one of the most valuable parts of the People Building franchise package. In many other training models, whether you’re an NLP practitioner, a hypnotherapist, or part of a coaching franchise, once you’re qualified—off you go. You’re left to figure things out on your own. There’s often no structured support or ongoing supervision, and that’s where things can start to wobble. But our model is different. You get long-term support for the life of your licence—someone in your corner who isn’t caught up in your client’s story and can offer an objective, experienced perspective. Because let’s be honest, some clients are so convincing about the size of their problem that even the most confident practitioner can start to doubt themselves. That’s when it’s crucial to have a mentor who can bring you back to a place of clarity and resourcefulness. 🧩💬 This is one of the reasons why many practitioners are now choosing our model over a traditional coaching franchise—because they don’t just want a brand name, they want real support and guidance when it matters most. So whether you’re just starting out, or you’ve been working with clients for a while and are feeling the weight of complex cases, know that you won’t be facing those challenges alone. This level of mentoring and support is rare—and it’s built into the DNA of the People Building franchise. It’s what makes us not just another coaching franchise, but a truly collaborative, supportive community of practitioners.
